ITI & Industrial Training Rules
Welcome to Tech Engineer Mohali. To ensure a professional learning environment and
successful certification, all trainees must adhere to the following rules and regulations.
1. Attendance & Punctuality
Discipline is the key to technical expertise. We strictly monitor attendance logs.
- Minimum Attendance: 85% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for the final
certification and project submission.
- Timings: Trainees must reach the lab 10 minutes before the scheduled batch
time. Late entry beyond 15 minutes is not permitted.
- Leave Policy: Leaves are only approved via written application signed by the
instructor. Uninformed leave for more than 3 days leads to batch suspension.
2. Lab Code of Conduct
- ID Cards: Wearing the institute ID card is mandatory within the premises.
- Equipment Safety: Students are responsible for the system/laptop assigned to
them. Any hardware damage will be penalized.
- Mobile Phones: Phones must be on silent mode. usage of social media or gaming
during lab hours is strictly prohibited.
- Cleanliness: Food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside the computer labs.
3. Project Work & Certification
The certificate is not guaranteed; it is earned based on performance.
- Daily Tasks: Completion of daily practical assignments is required.
- Major Project: Submission of a Live Project at the end of the tenure is
mandatory for the "Industrial Training" certificate.
- Exit Test: A passing score of 60% in the final theory and practical exam is
required.
4. Fees & Refund Policy
Please read the financial terms carefully before enrollment.
- Registration Fee: The seat booking/registration amount is strictly
Non-Refundable.
- Tuition Fee: Remaining fees must be cleared within the first 7 days of batch
commencement.
- Dropouts: No refund will be provided if a student leaves the course midway due
to personal reasons.
- Batch Transfer: Batch timing changes are subject to availability and management
approval.
